4. Quotes and Estimates

6.2 Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to the installation area
• Provide accurate information about the property and electrical system
• Obtain necessary permissions from landlords or freeholders
• Ensure someone over 18 is present during installation
• Provide suitable parking and welfare facilities for installers

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Product Warranties

• Solar panels: 25-year performance warranty (manufacturer provided)
• Inverters: 10-25 year warranty (manufacturer provided)
• Battery storage: 10-year warranty (manufacturer provided)
• Mounting equipment: 10-year warranty

7.2 Installation Warranty

• We provide a 10-year warranty on workmanship and installation
• Warranty covers defects in installation and materials
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or extreme weather
